The Vision

Charter Hall is working to create a diverse and unique community founded on "best practice" urban design principles.

Housing diversity will be coupled with leadership in environmentally sustainable design, generous public domain and open spaces, increased connection to the surrounding landscape and coastal environment and a focus on water conservation and re-use.

The Master Plan respects the ecological, geological, and indigenous heritage on the land. The Eastern Suburbs Banksia Scrub and Miocene sediments will be preserved, and the ochre deposits will be protected in partnership with the La Perouse Local Aboriginal Land Council.
