The Planning Process

Charter Hall lodged a Stage 1 Application with Randwick City Council on 13 February 2009. Approval for the Master Plan was granted by the Land and Environment Court in December 2009.

Following approval of Construction Certificates the works will start on site in the second half of this year.

Further development approvals will be required for each building prior to the construction of any buildings or housing on the newly created lots. This will provide additional opportunities for comment at the time of lodgement of each subsequent application.
